1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 888cuci platform — including the website, mobile application, or related services — you hereby agree to be bound by the entire terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 888cuci as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services and must cease access immediately.

888cuci operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory guidelines set by the relevant licensing body. This platform is intended solely for adult players who participate voluntarily and responsibly.

2. Player Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 888cuci platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same name, same mobile number, or same device is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or passport;
• An active mobile number registered in your name;
• A valid and reachable email address;
• Bank account or e-wallet details used for transactions.

888cuci reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport, as well as proof of ownership of the registered payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own activity, unless a breach is proven and reported to us within 24 hours.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 888cuci platform are subject to the following policy:

Payment methods accepted by 888cuci are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — the most popular e-wallet in Malaysia;
• DuitNow — instant money transfer system;
• Online Banking (FPX) — via local banks participating in the FPX network;
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, and ETH accepted.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there are technical circumstances preventing this. 888cuci reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal for security and regulatory compliance purposes.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

888cuci offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated alongside each offer.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000;
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal is permitted;
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Required wagering: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500;
• Further example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Required wagering: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

888cuci VIP Programme consists of five tiers with weekly cashback:

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the player's activity and loyalty on the platform. 888cuci reserves the right to modify the VIP structure, cashback rates, or tier advancement requirements with advance notice.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be redeemed for cash directly without meeting the wagering requirements, and cannot be used together with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.

6. Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All players are required to use the 888cuci platform honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with all rules set out. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's information to register;
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or place bets;
• Manipulating games, systems, or promotions through technical means or by colluding with other players;
• Committing any form of financial fraud including the use of stolen card or bank account information;
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language towards customer support staff or other players;
• Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering or other illegal activities.

7. Responsible Gambling

Game names, game developer logos, and related visual elements are the property of their respective game developers and are used under valid licensing agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Receipt of instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement;
• A player is found to be below the minimum age requirement.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be transferred once all conditions have been met.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

888cuci reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
